it seems that barber and cosmetology require the same amount of hours so why the difference. any info will be very welcome, i cant decide between the two.i know i'm not that interested in nails and skin if thats any help.Is a barber allowed to color and perm hair the same as a cosmetologist that might work in a salon.?
Yeah, barbers can....The only real difference is that barbers cut facial hair, and focus more on the hair cutting aspect of it, While Cosmetologists do more with perm and color.
