you want that all rolled into one, or you want to do 3 different businesses? that's a lot to do with one business...
you need one or more up %26amp; rolling before you can franchise it- and it will take most of your 11k in legal fees to make a franchise.
i'd get one or more locations that YOU own up %26amp; running %26amp; successful / profitable %26amp; then look for investors.
i have a friend who is working on franchising a jewelry business. she owns 4 stores %26amp; is now ready to expand. it took about 10 yrs to get there.
